Project sectors we operate in
Our portfolio of projects demonstrates a diverse experience within the main sectors of the construction industry. These range from design and build projects mainly within the Affordable Housing and Healthcare sectors through to a variety of traditionally procured commercial, educational, community and historical building schemes.
Affordable Housing
In 2009 we have already completed 93 units within this sector, with another 55 units due to be completed before the end of the year. We are extremely fortunate to have a wide client base and have secured repeat business with a number of Housing Associations including Hyde Housing, Orbit South, Town & Country, English and Rural, Sanctuary, Accent Peerless and Southern Housing.

Education
We regularly undertake work within this sector for clients such as Kent County Council and The Diocesan Board of Education. In addition we have also undertaken a number of private school schemes over the years. The work in this sector includes new schools, extensions and refurbishments.

Healthcare
Our main experience within this sector is the construction of doctor’s surgeries for our long term client G P Premises which we undertake on a design and build basis. Projects have also been undertaken a variety of projects for the East Kent Hospitals NHS and the Eastern and Coastal Kent Primary Care Trust.

Community
We have been fortunate to have been awarded a variety of projects within this sector including modern worship facilities, community centres and museum refurbishments. In addition to our completed schemes we are also currently constructing a facility to house a training rig for the Urban Search and Rescue Team at the Kent Fire Service Headquarters at Maidstone.

Commercial
Projects within this sector include enterprise centres and light industrial units again undertaken on a design and build basis. We have also in recent years completed a variety of renovations and new build schemes to provide mixed use developments including shop units for the Creative Foundation in Folkestone.

Historical
With the assistance of our directly employed skilled labour force we have undertaken a variety of interesting projects within this sector including church renovations and conversations of Grade II listed buildings for residential, commercial and community use.
