The project is so fundamental to the aims of our client in allowing older 55+ adults and those needing additional support to live well and autonomously, in a quality-built home whilst having the support and social connectivity needed to thrive.    

The build, set over 3 and 5 storeys stands proudly on the main through road to the Lordswood area of Chatham ensuring connectivity to local amenities whilst its setting, nestled between green spaces and woodland creates a sense of wellbeing for its residents. To future-proof the homes and ensure energy efficiencies the development includes sustainable features including solar panels and EV charging points.

Contracted to the project part-way through construction Jenner were proud to work closely with our client to ensure the new homes were delivered to the highest standards of quality and workmanship to ensure comfort and a sense of community for their new residents.
