As a distressed project the delivery of the 46 unit independent living scheme, comprising apartment-style living over 3 and 5 storeys, was stalled indefinitely following the unfortunate demise of its previous contractor. Thankfully, owing to the strength of pre-existing relationships, Jenner were able to work closely with MHS to get the project operational once again and took on board the original Site Manager Gary Curtis, who’s knowledge and understanding of the project was invaluable to its future success.
