Jenner were contracted for the fourth and final phase to design and build 39no. one and two bedroomed new homes of mixed tenure for private sale and shared ownership, on behalf of our long term client Town and Country Housing Group.

Built on a challengingly steep site requiring a complex drainage system and of narrow configuration causing access difficulties, the project successfully completed the wider development with further works to the adjacent site to deliver 9 apartments being awarded to Jenner mid-contract. Due to the site gradient many of the new homes feature a basement room along with cantilever balcony to the middle floor.

Completed in 2018, the houses were of timber frame construction incorporating 3 bespoke designs to create a community that reflected the diversity of families and demographics who would ultimately reside in the new neighbourhood. New roads, pedestrian walkways, green spaces and parking bays were all created as well as access to the adjacent woodland.
