Situated on the A20 in Charing, the project involves the design and construction of a new extra care residential facility providing accommodation specifically designed for the ‘over 55’ demographic.

Designed by Architects RDA Associates the scheme comprises 46 one-bedroom apartments, built over two-storeys, as well as 5 separate bungalows and benefitting from sociable communal spaces and additional guest rooms.

Works completed in September 2021.
