We are delighted to be back working at the RBLI Village to deliver further accommodation and amenities to this purpose-built community that provides housing, welfare support and care to over 300 members of the Armed Forces. 

Royal British Legion Industries (RBLI) Centenary Village - Phase 2B

Our first project at the centre back in 2017, saw the construction of 24, one-and two-bedroom apartments presented across two blocks. Procured via a competitive tendering process, we have been appointed this time, to deliver a new building comprising 8, self-contained apartments, a communal kitchen and dining space, along with office facilities to the ground floor. The second building will form a community hub that will feature a café, IT suite, gymnasium and changing room. Thie hub will be known as the ABF Community Centre. External works will include landscaping, drainage and road alterations.

Our teams started onsite in June 2023 and are set to conclude this exciting project that will further enhance the accommodation and community provision at the village, during summer 2024. Working with us to deliver the scheme are Employer’s Agent Harrabin Consultancy Ltd and MH Architects.
