Contracted for the third time on behalf of leading care provider Avery Healthcare, Jenner have completed another state-of-the-art bed care home, this time offering a 62-bed facility in Gravesend.

Of traditional build upon piled foundations with ground beams, the nine million pound 3-storey building looks stunning with its mixed brickwork and rendered façade complete with a trussed roof.  

Each floor offers a spacious dining room, lounge area, nurses’ station and clinical rooms alongside ancillary stores, commercial kitchen and laundry room, and an additional assisted bathroom and two assisted toilets. The new residents will benefit from coffee stations, a hair salon, private dining room, therapy room, life-skills room, library, cinema and garden lounge.

Externally there are bike and bin stores and a fitted gazebo alongside parking spaces at the front of the building with EV charging points installed. Extensive landscaping completes the rear of the development.
