Continuing to deliver to our client’s exemplar aspirations of luxury accommodation and quality care provision, this charming new 70-bed care home features well-presented and tastefully decorated communal areas comprising lounges, dining rooms, a hair and beauty salon, cinema room and beautifully landscaped gardens.  

Adopting traditional masonry structural methods, the four-storey building has now completed and handed-over to our client ready for full fit-out and occupation by its new residents.

As part of our local labour agreement with Eastbourne Council and our commitment to social value to this project, numerous construction talks and mock interviews were delivered to local schools and colleges as well as welcoming Design, Surveying and Planning T-Level student Henry to site to gain invaluable experience.
